Why is VBTV no longer available in Thailand?
The broadcasting and live streaming rights for most volleyball matches in Thailand have been transferred to AIS. Because of this change in rights management, VBTV will cease operations for users located in Thailand.
I am a current subscriber. What happens to my account?
Your account remains active until your current subscription period (monthly or annual) expires. You can continue to log in and watch available content just as you normally would until that expiration date.
Will my subscription automatically renew?
No. All auto-renewals for users in Thailand have been disabled. You will not be charged again.
Can I purchase a new subscription or upgrade my current one?
No. We are no longer accepting new subscriptions, upgrades, or renewals from users in Thailand.
Am I eligible for a refund?
Because you will continue to have full access to VBTV until the end of your current paid billing cycle, refunds will not be issued.
Where can I watch volleyball matches from now on?
Moving forward, you can watch live volleyball matches through AIS. Please check AIS's official website or social media channels for details regarding their sports packages, streaming platforms, and match schedules.
